Thịt heo xào kim chi ngon cơm với từng lát thịt heo chiên chín vàng thơm và săn lại, quyện cùng những miếng kim chi cải thảo thái nhỏ, vị chua chua, cay thơm rất đặc trưng.
Đun nóng 2 muỗng can hdầu ăn trong chảo, dầu sôi thì thêm thịt heo vào, đảo đều. Sau đó, thêm kim chi cải thảo đã cắt nhỏ và 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường vào, đảo đều trong khoảng 3 phút. Tiếp theo, cho hành tây vào xào cùng hỗn hợp thịt. Cuối cùng, rắc ớt bột vào và nấu thêm khoảng 1 phút nữa thì tắt bếp. Rắc hành lá lên trên là hoàn tất.
