Đun nóng 2 muỗng can hdầu ăn trong chảo, dầu sôi thì thêm thịt heo vào, đảo đều. Sau đó, thêm kim chi cải thảo đã cắt nhỏ và 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường vào, đảo đều trong khoảng 3 phút. Tiếp theo, cho hành tây vào xào cùng hỗn hợp thịt. Cuối cùng, rắc ớt bột vào và nấu thêm khoảng 1 phút nữa thì tắt bếp. Rắc hành lá lên trên là hoàn tất.
